Sources come first
Tax rules use dated government forms, instructions and tables. Where a government download was unavailable and a government-authored copy was obtained from a mirror, the source package records that provenance. Source links do not imply agency endorsement.
Separate three kinds of review
A passing software check is different from professional tax review and professional translation review. This release has automated numerical and interface checks, while those professional reviews remain pending. We do not label an automated check as expert approval.
How changes are handled
A proposed rule change needs its tax year, jurisdiction, source, explanation and tests. The offline management tools validate drafts and record a versioned snapshot. Monitoring can identify a changed source; it does not automatically approve or publish new tax law.
Content and corrections
Guides are prepared with AI assistance and are marked as drafts until reviewed. A reported correction should identify the page, tax year and issue without including personal tax data. Confirmed changes should be explained in release notes and published with a new version. Earlier-year rules remain separate.
